First-phase construction and installation item of regional cool-supply
project in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park
The
construction site is in the central zone of Western
District of Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park
located to the south of the Haidian Section of the Fourth
Ring North Road, Haidian District, Beijing. This project,
with a contract amount of RMB 19.9 million, is developed
and executed by the Company together with the American
(Asia) Co. Ltd. The construction began on January 25
2003 and will finish on February 1 2004. Regional cool-supply
technology is widely used in the United States and has
attained good economic benefits due to its reasonable
design. This technology will be gradually adopted in
China. Our company has a professional construction team

2.Gaobai AH Construction and Installation
Project
The project
site is located in the special alumina plant of Henan
Zhongzhou Aluminum Plant. It includes fractional precipitation,
seed disintegration and civil construction and installation
of pumping house. The construction cost of this project
is RMB 20 million; its contracted period is 4 months.

The Fifth Bid Section of 214 Zhongsong National Highway from
Wadi to Songyuan Bridge
The construction
contract was signed on December 16 2001. Its construction
cost is RMB 56.03 million, its full length is 14.92 kilometers,
and the contracted period is 17 months. The construction
of the project began in May 2001 and the construction
of road bed is estimated to finish in June 2003.

Jilin Radio Monitoring Station Building Project
Project Authorization
Number: No. [2001]918 of Jinlin Planning Committee. It
is a framework structure project with a construction area
of 22,000 square meters and construction cost of RMB 21.8
million. The contract covers civil construction, water
and heat supply and electric engineering. The construction
began on April 10 2002 and finished on October 26 2002.
The contracted period is totally 200 calendar days.
